When I think of leadership it's not your typical person with a title, it's the person who goes above and beyond, it's the one who has the courage to take action, it's the one that recognizes her own strength, it's the one that regardless of it all, pushes through and is resilient, it's the one that doesn't give a shit what others think, and it's definitely the one living in her full authentic self, and that to me IS POWERFUL.
